HVAC Landing Pages
You paid for that click. Don’t drop it on a homepage and hope.
Somebody searches “ac replacement cost [your city],” clicks your ad, and lands on your homepage — where they’re met with a hero image, a menu with nine items, a paragraph about your family values, and no obvious answer to the thing they asked.
They leave. You paid for that.
A landing page is a page built for one search, one message, one action. No menu to wander into, no competing offers, no scavenger hunt for a phone number. It exists to turn a specific click into a specific call.
A landing page is not a website
Worth stating clearly because the two rules sound contradictory.
A website
A website should never be one page. It needs a page per service and pages for the towns you serve, because it’s built to earn rankings across many searches and carry your whole business.
A landing page
A landing page often should be one page. It isn’t trying to rank. It’s trying to convert one ad click, so every extra link on it is a way to lose that visitor.
Different assets, different jobs. If someone is selling you a one-page “website,” they’ve built you a landing page and charged you for a site.
What makes one work
Message match
The headline repeats what they searched. Clicked an ad about furnace repair in Rosedale? The page says furnace repair in Rosedale. That single alignment does more for conversion than any design choice.
The phone number where the thumb is
Sticky click-to-call on mobile, visible without scrolling. Most contractor traffic is a person on a phone with a problem right now. Make calling the easiest thing on the screen.
A short form
Name, phone, what’s wrong. That’s it. Every extra field costs you submissions, and you can ask the rest when you call them back.
Trust signals near the ask
Reviews, license number, insured, years in business, service area. Right beside the button, not buried on an about page nobody visits.
One action
No navigation menu. No links to your blog. No secondary offers. One thing to do.
Speed
A paid visitor who waits four seconds is a paid visitor you bought for someone else.
Where landing pages belong
Google Search Ads — always. You’re paying per click and the click needs somewhere that converts.
Meta campaigns — for seasonal offers and maintenance plans, where the offer needs explaining before the ask.
Individual services or towns you’re pushing hard — a dedicated page for a specific campaign, separate from your site’s service page.
Not for LSA. Those calls go straight to your phone and never touch a webpage. That’s part of why LSA is the efficient starting channel.
The consent piece that makes texting legal
The form on this page does a second job.
If you want automated text follow-up — and it’s one of the highest-return things in this stack — the consent that makes those texts legal has to be captured on a form built for it. Unchecked by default, optional, with the disclosure visible above the submit button. Statutory damages for getting this wrong run $500 to $1,500 per text.
Carriers also require a live privacy policy and terms page before they’ll approve any SMS campaign at all. Which means we can’t run text follow-up off a form we didn’t build. That’s a sequencing constraint, not a preference, and it’s why these two services are sold together.

How you’ll know it’s working
Landing pages are the most measurable thing in this whole stack, because the number is a ratio you can watch move.
You get conversion rate — visitors in, calls and forms out — reported against the campaign driving it, plus cost per lead before and after. If a page underperforms we change the headline and the offer and measure again. That’s the whole loop.
We baseline whatever you’re currently sending ad traffic to, so the comparison is real rather than assumed.
Four reasons
One client per market
One HVAC company per market. We fight your competition, not build it.
Built in your accounts
Your domain, your hosting, your pages. Not rented from us.
We measure and change
A landing page that isn’t converting is a page we owe you a fix on, not a deliverable we shipped.
60 days, or your money back
If we haven’t earned our fee, ask and you get it back.
Straight answers
You can, and it’s the most common reason contractor ad accounts underperform. The homepage answers everything, which means it answers nothing quickly.
One per campaign theme to start. Usually two or three — repair, replacement, and whatever seasonal offer you’re running.
Generally no, and they aren’t meant to. Ranking is your website’s job. This is conversion.
No. Those calls go straight to your phone.
Yes. Same brand, same look — just built to do one job instead of twelve.
That number is costing you leads
If you’re running Search Ads right now, click your own ad on your phone and count the seconds until you could call yourself.
We’ll send you a free audit including where your paid traffic currently lands, what it’s converting at, and what it should be. Yours either way.
