Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue until canceled. One-time services are billed as agreed in your order. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We work hard to grow your visibility and leads, but search rankings, traffic, and results depend on many factors outside our control — including Google’s algorithms, competition, and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, lead volumes, or revenue. Any examples or estimates are illustrative, not promises.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Talos Operations name and mark — is owned by Talos Operations or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Work we create for you is governed by your service agreement; typically, deliverables become yours once they are paid for in full.
